Flowers. Their simplicity, symbolic meanings and radiant colors, like fleeting powerful emotions in life. We give flowers for love, for sorrow, for joy and hope, like a universal language of grace. Perhaps it’s a challenge to pessimism, bringing light and brightness during some of the darkest times. The wild random freedom of the natural world, fleeting and ephemeral. Easily lost, like us. I want to make work that has a sense of beauty, optimism, and connection to nature. A dreamlike quality, envisioning an optimistic, green world where flora thrives amidst the evanescence nature of life
